Terms and Conditions

Golf Fees:

1. Guest Fees (Cart Fees Included)

• 18 holes week day                      $42.00
• 9 holes week day                        $21.00
• 18 holes weekend/holiday          $52.00
• 9 holes weekend/holiday            $26.00

     2.  Cart Fees

• 18 holes                                      $22.00
• 9 holes                                        $11.00

General Rules:

1. Members, their families, and their guests shall abide by all terms and conditions.
2. The club facilities shall be open for use by Members and their guests during the hours and days as may be established by the Club.  Club Facilities will open and close at different hours depending on the season and planned activities.
3. Should a roster or list of members be furnished to the Membership, it shall not be used for any private business solicitation or commercial purposes or be given to any non-member of the Club for any reason whatsoever.
4. Weekends and holidays (including designated holiday weekends) all golfers must take a cart before 2pm
5. No one under the age of 14 is permitted without parent, guardian, or board approval.
6. Children under the age of 14 must pay guest fees if they are not a member or part of a family membership.
7. No singles or twosomes permitted before 12pm on weekends or holidays.  The Club Manager or a member of the Board can waive this policy as needed.
8. Players coming from #9 have priority over players starting on #1.  Please use "Hot and Cold" system.

Lounge & Patio Rules

1. No pets permitted in the lounge.
2. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.
3. Debts incurred by guests will be charged to the host member.
4. Property damage must be paid for by member or members responsible.
5. It is prohibited to spit in a cup or other container in the lounge.
6. The Club will not be responsible for injuries or the loss of personal property.
7. Non-members are not permitted to make charges unless approved by Board of Governors for special events.
8. No profanity permitted at any time in the lounge or patio.
9. No loud or boisterous arguments or discussions in the lounge.
10. As per PLCB Rules and Regulations, no one under the age of 21 are permitted to consume food or beverages at the bar.
11. Small children must be chaperoned in the lounge.
12. Club lounge and kitchen hours will be posted in the lounge and may change due to weather
13. Golf Clubs cannot be stored in the locker room during the golfing season.
14. No one is permitted to carry golf bags through the lounge.
15. No member or guests are permitted to reprimand any employee.  All complaints must go submitted in writing to the club manager, Club President, or House Chair(s) within five (5) days of incident.
16. Any food or beverage that are not purchased in the club lounge or from the restaurant is prohibited.
17. Glass bottles or other glass containers are prohibited in the pool area.

Dress Code

1. Halters or tank top clothing are not permitted on the course
2. Relaxed dress including t-shirts and jeans are permitted in and around the Lounge, not on the course.  Shoes and shirts must always be worn. Relaxed Casual Attire:  Includes all Casual Attire, Jeans & Sweatpants, Winter type coats and other warm weather tops.
3. Swimmers and sunbathers must wear regulation swimsuits.  Cutoffs, gym shorts, or thongs are not permitted.  Swimmers must adhere to lounge dress code when leaving the swimming pool area.

Hall Rental

1. Hall rental is available to all members at a rate of $150.00 per event and $250.00 for non-members.
2. Additional cost for bar usage for all events while renting facility of $50.00
3. As per PCLB Laws, all alcohol must be purchased from the Club
4. Members can and may elect to bring outside caterers to serve event once permission is granted from the Board of Governors or General Manager
5. All outside events must have written contract with the Club
6. Social Committee Chair and General Manager must approve all rentals in the hall for non-golfing events.

Handicaps 

1. Handicap chair will form a committee to enforce handicap rules through the season
2.  All handicap fees must be paid in full prior to any Club events
3. All scorecards must be signed and dated.
4. All scorecards must be marked as to which tee member played
5. Junior members do not pay for handicaps.
